As part of our dedication to the protection of Georgia 's environment, and the health of all Georgians, GCV works diligently to advocate for strong environmental protections at the Capitol each session. Post-session we inform you, the voters of Georgia , how your elected officials performed during the session on key environmental debates. We are serious about holding our elected officials accountable for their choices. Further, we are serious about assisting those loyal to GCV's principles and we do so through our PAC by supporting strong environmental candidates in election years. We educate and elect conservation-minded leaders conscious of their role in protecting and restoring our environment. 

GCV is unlike any environmental organization in Georgia . Our political presence is unique and allows us to bring the environmental agenda to the forefront at the Capitol every year. GCV is well respected for our nonpartisan objectives and bipartisan endorsements. We further advance the conservation movement by bridging our issues with non-traditional parties, such as hunters and anglers who want to see their forests, greenspace, and rivers protected. We also work alongside local sustainable businesses that strengthen Georgia 's economy through the creation of environmentally friendly products and markets.
