Deputy Director

Emily Thomas works as the Deputy Director of Georgia Conservation Voters.  Before joining GCV, Emily worked on five political campaigns, including serving as the Finance Director for two statewide races in Georgia.  She also worked for a year as the Energy Associate for Environment Georgia where she advocated for clean and renewable energy for our state.   Emily earned a dual degree in International Studies and Environmental Policy from American University.  Emily is from the Chicago-area originally and has called Atlanta home for the past two years.
